    Do not leave for more than a second in boiled water or it will shrivel up, one second is plenty. I thought I would chew through them because they’re thinner than DenTek but have used for a few nights now and they are holding up well. Will buy again.

    This came with two mouth guards and I will say there are no instructions so if ya need to know please read them in photos that's how I learned. I almost tossed cause didn't fit than realized that it had them here. The shipping took a minute and yet I live so close,but it is ok no rush here.. thank you looking forward to using these and hope they help. I do recommend seller. These are reasonable cheap in comparison to others of same type.

    Shipped vey fast. The usual boil and bite design. Only as good as you can make it yourself. It'll do. The price was much less than the price I paid in the pharmacies. Sure miss my dentist made mouthguard but this will suffice. I really appreciate the exceptional speed the seller got me this niteguard ! Tonite I can sleep without the teth & jaw pain & teeth destruction.
