    I will be using this to connect my laptop to the internet after I switch from a WiFi to a conventional router. (I'm taking steps to reduce my exposure to non-native EMF.) After doing some comparison shopping, this model/brand appears to be a top selling product. I believe this item can also be used to provide internet to a mobile phone, but you will need an adapter for the USB end. I've purchased refurbished products like this in the past and have not had any problems to date.
