Look, no such thing as a free lunch and price of the "FREE"shipping was baked into the price. This item started off with UPS pickup then some where down the road is was handed of to USPS. Why USPS didn't have start to finish shipping I don't know, I don't fault the seller but theshipping of this was deplorable. I had Ebay on notice that I had not recived it on due date but got it next day.Joint UPS/USPS in not too good.

The seller doesn't make the razor blades so quality is not an issue that can be addressed. While I understand it was supposed to be a thank you or bonus, the seller included a disposable razor that won't be used and will just go to a landfill. That is a waste on many fronts. I was happy with the price and service and I would likely buy from this seller again if I need more blades. Just please no more freebies.
