    Seller sold fake signatures. I asked for a return and instead issued a complete refund. This ends the transaction. 2 weeks later asked for a tracking number. I assumed seller didn't understand eBay policy and explained it. Then seller insisted that they're not at fault because when they bought the piece and couldn't know it was fake. However, it was sellers responsibility to ensure they were genuine the same way I did. Verify the COA. Buyer beware. Legitimacy isn't guaranteed.

    I won't get caught up in a back in forth, I'll let my 20+ years and feedback speak for itself. He said he disposed of everything because he it didn't look like other signatures of the artist instead of getting another opinion because his expertise is better than PSA or JSA to have it checked even though it had a legitimate COA that said "in person or TTM" from a third party. I refunded right away, but sometimes "life" happens and things come up. I did think I paid for a return and apologized.
