Pleased with the quality and promptness of the despatch of my order; pleased also with the careful packaging. The item ended up being misdelivered, but this was entirely the fault of FedEx, who failed to deliver to the correct address and didn’t take a photograph or signature to indicate where the item actually went. Luckily an honest and helpful neighbour received it and found a way to get it to me!
