    Seller said I HAD to leave positive feedback if I wanted a refund! They told me verbatim what they wanted my feedback to say! My complaint: This hat smelled BAD despite Seller directly saying it was in good condition. I asked specifically about SMELL & visible problems. Seller gave me the runaround about sending it back to them, when I let them know my feedback would be poor, they told me I had to leave a good review about them "working it out" with me. Ridiculous.
