The seller has multiple of the same frames and leads me to believe that the day chose the worst antique frame to ship to me. Or they’re just careless and decided to not provide any foam bubble or proper packaging for an antique delicate frame, resulting in it being damaged. I requested a partial refund for restoration that they denied. I’ve now asked for a full refund since it is damaged. Be careful if you’re purchasing from the seller.
