A young man (Colin Firth) joins a traveling show with his uncle. He is lured into the majestic quality of the magic show and is soon an important fixture at conjuring acts and disappearing acts. World War I is about to begin, however, and a disappearance of the act altogether becomes imminent. Sir Laurence Olivier gives one of his most memorable later performances in this bittersweet, enchanting 1986 British mini series. Based on a novel by J.B. Priestley.

I paid a lot of money for something I cannot use. I have been unable to locate a power supply for this item. In attempting to return the item, I can ONLY use ebay and they want half of what I paid to return it, even though it states the item is allowed to be returned? I can ship it back for way less. I would prefer a full refund but how?
