    I had both of my XLR tail lights serviced and when they came back both worked fine. The first tail light was received by Travis at his house / place of business on April 4, 2025. The repaired light was received by me on June 12, 2025 69 days later. Reason for delay was family illness. The second tail light was received by Travis on June 15, 2025, was repaired and received by me on July 12,2025 or 27 days later. Total turn around time 96 days.

    Sent my XLR tail light to Travis for repair. Tracking showed it was received on April 4, 2025. It is now May 12 and no tail light going on week 7. Hopping this is not another ebay scam but ........ He was quick to reply to communications prior to receiving the order and tail light. Not so much now. First he was 3 weeks behind due to high volume. Then it turned into 4,5,6,7 weeks. Got a bad feeling as this is not my first experience of this kind. Good luck if you decide to go this route.

    Sorry for the delay. This order came in during a time of unusually high volume and was also around the time that my father was put into the ICU for a week and I got very backed up on orders. I'm caught up now and things are moving smoothly again. This order has since been fullfilled and the customer was happy with the work and is now inquiring to have a second light repaired.
