I don’t know what the issue was exactly, but I am the size it’s described as, and within 2 days my ear became super inflamed and crusty and swollen and I had to remove it, even though I have been using gold stainless tunnels for years off and on, and had a gold stainless tunnel in my other ear at the time with no issue. It seems like the alloy irritated my ear, as that’s all I can figure happened. It was cleaned and lubed well with ear ointment.
