The item arrived and is exactly as described. My only gripe right now is that it takes almost no strength at all to over-torque the screws that hold it together and when that happens, they are instantly stripped and cannot be remedied. Luckily, it's held by two screws and I think the one that's left ought to do the trick. It's technically better than the ripped rubber hole that it's replacing. But for nearly $18, i'd like something did didn't break within 5 minutes of opening the package.
