First of all I was worried that the product will be damaged to come from China to Greece but as company reassured me , it came very carefully packaged and without any damage. Also I use it to purify drinking water and it is the best of all similar devices I own. The taste and the smell are the best, no smell of plastic or anything else than ozone. Welldone!!!

You have to hold down with a small denim /canvas bag of lead shot or small weights while it heats up - don’t use nylon/rayon or plastic - melty mess. It gets hot enough but not aggressively so, - you need to watch it and reposition it or it may scorch. very useful, thanks jsr! A+++
