      You have the tracking. I can see just as much as you in regards to where the package is.. You can ask me as many times as you want. I can still only see the same tracking as you. We shipped the day after you purchased. We have as much control over the shipping carriers, the weather and other delays as you do ..ABSOLUTELY NONE!
