    I reached out ahead of time to try to coordinate a set of parts to make a whole watch. The bracelet the seller recommended didn't fit and they caught that before shipping, and refunded that part of the order immediately. Once the rest of the parts arrived, I noticed the dial got damaged in shipping, despite very, very good packaging. I sent the seller some photos, and they immediately sent me out a new one, no cost to me. A few bumps in the road, but a very good buyer experience in the end.

    Unbelievable beautiful kit! Put together with a ETA 2824 for my wife and she loved! The dial arrived damaged (not the sellers fault) and was promptly replaced with a new one. Im very happy.
