Claim it was shipped May 19th was not in the hands of USPS until the 22nd. Claimed it was "third party warehouse" and they had no control. Long story short they drop shipped it and had no idea where it came from or when it was going to get to me. Come to find out they are in Ontario, Canada and drop shipping from US Address in Niagra Falls, New York. No wonder they don't know, they are not even in the U.S. Wonder if eBay knows they are not actually a U.S. based seller?
