As you repeat these games over time, you can measure your progress and watch yourself improve. You can even compete against your former performances to go for a new high score. With Xbox Live, you can record your full workouts or challenge friends to add a competitive edge to your experience. You can access the online community to download custom quests to your Xbox and make an accompanying meal plan. Once you've mastered the default mini-games, you can get the season pass add-on. This extra content gives you new games, new characters, and new workout routines.This fitness-related Kinect game takes advantage of the camera's features. It uses the Kinect's peripheral abilities to gauge how many calories you are burning and measure your heart rate by monitoring how flushed your skin is.
