The only reason I picked this company was the speed of which the computer came and it was important to be here and working in a timely manner for a funeral. The computer is not working. It is throwing codes for four-wheel-drive, but my truck is a 2 Wheel Dr. I avoided days now for a technician to get a hold of me. Which is pointless because I am a technician. Again, I will update if helped.

Also notified me every step of the way to inform me that they began working on my pcm, that they had a small delay due to parts (didnt delay expected delivery) and that they sent it. Was very satisfied and the pcm works perfect!!

I call this forward thinking and efficiency at the best level. The good news was that it came with a label to return if I had any issues and a QR code to scan for directions. In one word... brilliant!
