    Seller listed and sold an item they did not have. After receiving payment, the seller did not ship the item. When asked about shipping status the seller disclosed the item was not in stock at the time of sale, but had been (and still was) on back order. The seller suggested to wait for the back-ordered merchandise, chose a different item or receive a refund. When a refund was requested the seller quit communicating. A case had to be opened with ebay and PayPal to receive a refund. It took weeks.
