The Nikon camera lens is lightweight, yet capable of capturing images and movies with a vividness and depth of field found on much larger and more expensive lenses. The Nikon Nikkor AF-S lens is ideal for travel and general purpose photography and it is an ideal choice for low light conditions as well. The 85 mm f/1.8 lens is constructed with nine optical elements with a seven-blade diaphragm that creates a substantial bokeh for a much more naturally appealing appearance to out of focus backgrounds behind the image. The Nikon camera lens features the ultra compact Silent Wave Motor auto focusing system that virtually eliminates any sound form the lens when auto focusing. This is a critical advancement when it comes to creating quiet and seamless movies.
