wrong,wrong wrong, was supposed to be a plug in as shown through photo's where is the black pigtail? plug wrong, no pigtail, as shown. so now what 35.00 later don't blame me, we live and learn.!!!! The gas cap is the right fit, however the ignition is not thw exact fit. The connector does not fit 1996 Yamaha XT 225. I had to separate the key part (what I needed) from the bottom part and reuse the original bottom of the ignition to make this work. At least the old and new bottom parts are interchangeable so I was able to make this work.

The part I got was scratched and had blemishes on the clear plastic section of gauge cluster looks as if somebody tried to clean the blemishes off with a paper towel not happy with the order would not recommend purchasing. The seller reached out to me after my last review and offered me, 50% of the cost back to revise my review and this is my revised version I did have a picture and the My original review, but the revised section doesn’t allow for a picture
