Vest was NOT as the photos showed. The back of the vest was supposed to have two adjustable nylon rod/Jacket style restraints. Vest showed up with both restraints ripped off the vest.

🛑🖐️The is impossible no one fits in that vest, it's never been put on.Inspected by me never had issue.I regret accepting a low ball offer w/ zero reviews.eBay needs to weed out this fake accounts that request additional discounts.This is horrible, it's disgusting & discouraging to know this happens.
