We explained that we have sold over 9000 tyres online in the last 20 years, and none have been boxed or wrapped. All of our Pirelli, Metzeler, Bridgestone & Michelin tyres are delivered to us by a standard courier (DHL and APC), which are also not wrapped and we have never had an issue. I did apologise and say that if you were still unhappy, you can return the tyre, but there's not much else we can say.
