The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!

Our old 11S worked like a mule for years, and in that time we changed filters, battery, brushes, and everything that needed a replacement. This new 11S MAX is exactly the old 11S plus a stronger motor, minus one of the side brushes (my wife says it works just fine), and minus the cleanable dust filter, you cannot take apart and clean the new one. Summing it up: If your old 11S is working, keep it.
