I've ordered a crankshaft pulley and it arrived damaged, I've contacted the seller and the respond was to send it back and as soon as it's shipped they'll send another one. However, I told the seller to provide me a partial refund instead and I'll try to get it fixed because it's costly to send it back. I've been contacting the seller since Nov 19, 2025 to Today Nov 23, 2025 and the seller refused to reply to any of my messages all. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
