The film is a branded stone guard specific paint protection film. When fitted correctly, This would not happen. It sounds like the fitting instructions have not been followed and this has caused the issues whilst fitting. We have had no contact from the buyer. I will attempt to contact the buyer now, To discuss the issues. We are always more than happy to help and advise correct fitment.
