RF faulty, Face ID faulty, screen lifting from chassis, case colour discrepancy. Apple wouldn’t risk repair as the phone may break when they tried to dismantle. It appears I have been refunded in full for this device, but I have lost over £100 as seller retained his ebay transaction fee & did not pay return costs.
