I was traveling when part came in and was unable to install until after the return window had closed. Part (infinity switch) was defective out of the packaging. I requested a return and would have been happy with a functioning replacement but the seller denied my return request without contacting me to see how to make this right. No message, just a "Return request denied". The seller states they give excellent customer service - defective part and no response from seller was my experience.
