      Horrible customer service would be an improvement. Try ZERO customer service. I have been messages for days with no response. Item doesn’t even show as shipped on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Very special gift I could have purchased elsewhere and now I have nothing on my husbands milestone birthday. To top it off, I just found the exact item on amazon for $20 cheaper. But now even with overnight shipping it wouldn’t be here in time. Buyer beware. Overpriced and irresponsible seller
