New in box--text on box had hilarious spelling errors (this is not a problem). 5 buttons + DPI button + separate hold-to-autofire leftclick button. Ergonomic form. I don't think I've ever spent less than $10 on a mouse that lasted this long and worked perfectly the whole time--I've had this mouse for a month now. If something goes wrong in the future, oh well - I spent the price of a good burger on this new mouse and I'd gladly buy it again.

Packaging was safe and remarkably detailed. No installation necessary and can switch up DPI on the fly which is cool. All parts of this BEAST are working as intended.
