    dvd as described, well packed, quick dispatch, excellent service & comms+++++ unfortunately insufficient postage was used. I had to pay £2.50 for Royal Mail to deliver it. This has happened before when ordering items from South Korea. I'm leaving positive feedback because I am happy with the film and and overall service, (though I will be leaving a low star rating for postage), but obviously annoyed and having to pay extra. my time is worth more than the effort of chasing up a refund.

    Item did not arrive. Received a Delivery message this morning that the item had been delivered ( at 12:36 am…?!), but nothing on the porch or in our mailbox. So the delivery company, whoever they are, got their wires crossed and sent it to the wrong location. No photo of the package with the email. The Seller has been very good about getting back to me so I have no problem with them. This FUBAR is on the delivery service.

    This DVD was in superb brand new condition, when it arrived within the specified time. It was inside cellophane and was then surrounded in bubble wrap, which gave great protection. The DVD looked how it was described and it came in a grey polyethylene waterproof package. It was Great value too.
