The description of the doll did not mention that the right arm is basically nonfunctioning. The seller has a no refund policy, which is her right, but I felt it was not right as I bought the doll based on her pictures and description. This is now the second doll that I feel was deceitfully sold to me. through Ebay. Buyers rely on the seller to disclose issues so the buyer can make an informed decision. When I told the buyer that I my review would reflect this. They were not nice.
