Item arrived sooner than expected. Card came with 20.00.06 firmware, which I successfully upgraded to the latest 20.00.07. The condition is listed as 'New,' yet looking at the state of the card - it has clearly been used! It is even slightly warped! I don't expect to buy one of these cards brand new, so why lie about the condition? That said, the card appears genuine, but I'm no expert. I have 3 drives attached for the past 2 weeks 24/7, all running as expected. Despite condition, I'd buy again.
