The product was new as advertised, and it works perfectly. The crazy thing is that many sellers wanted more money for a generic product. This was a factory product reasonably priced.     Arrived on time and in good condition, well padded, does appear to be in original packaging. Part looks exactly like in the seller image. Does contain the hitch pin as promised - it's visible through the packaging. (Whether or not it's the correct part number for my unit is my own doing - have a Whispaire with the serial number worn off so can neither confirm nor deny a match until install but it looks right at first glance.) Better deal than on manufacturer site once you account for shipping.
