A seller mistake resulted in package not shipping Fedex but USPS. Whether the item actually works is uncertain. Communication with seller to have shipping refunded resulted in seller bringing up additional cost for handling as an excuse for not refunding the shipping. His add did not mention any such handling cost. I have sold over 400 over these lasers and shipped this way all over the world. Buyer asked to refund on shipping including tax which ias against EBay policy. I have reported this buyer for making improper refunds and threats.
