First, the shipping took a very long time, especially considering I needed the keyboard to fix my personal laptop. Second, this is not an OEM keyboard. The listing doesn't outright say it's OEM, but they do call it "original." Feels very cheap compared to an OEM and some keys have already fallen off. Lastly, this isn't the same keyboard that came with my GA401QM despite being listed as a compatible model - some keys are different. It works though.
