Turbo came as chra with compressor housing attached, with turbine housing in separate box. Excellent machining, properly deburred, 0.17mm of shaft play as measured with dial indicator to end of compressor wheel, very excellent! As it's a journal bearing turbo and rides on a film of oil much like car engine bearings, you need a very small amount of space for the oil to go. Goals are 450 whp in a d16, hopefully this turbo lasts!
