    wir haben den Artikel am Mittwoch den 05.02. per Express mit 40 Euro Zuschlag bestellt. Das Gerät ist erst heute Montag den 10.02. bei uns eingetroffen. Nach Überprüfung des Netzteils mussten wir feststellen das die Batterien im Gehäuse ausgelaufen sind. Das heißt wir mussten das Gerät noch zusätzlich reparieren.

    Guten Tag leider habe ich erst jetzt nach Ihrer bewertung bemerkt das es eine Express bestellung war das tut mir sehr leid das ist mir unbewust passiert, ich bemühe mich stets alles richtig zu machen allerdings schleichen sich auch mal solche fehler einsorry, das ist allerdings nich gleich ein grund ohne rücksprache für die abgabe einer negativen bewertung, daher bitte ich siedie bewertung zu überarbeiten. Ich bin bereit Ihnen die Versandkosten und die reparaturkosten für die Batterie zu erstatt
