    When my Panasonic car stereo started malfunctioning, I decided to repair rather than replace. I tried to fix it myself, but no luck. The ad said they could fix the screen, but the buttons were also malfunctioning. He said he could fix both, and he was right. It's as good as new, instead of being in a landfill, and it cost me a fraction the cost of buying a new one. Thanks for a job well done!

    If your stereo screen is distorted then it would be the lcd that needs replacing not the touch screen. I recommend this buyer adds that info to his page for those of us that do not know about stereo repair. Having them replace the touch screen will not solve the problem. I learned the hard way just hoping to help someone else out.

    Before the buyer shipped the radio's faceplate screen for repair I did ask him if the radio was showing images when turned on.He confirmed it was showing images. It was his responsibility to mention that LCD screen was defective on one side. A brand new touch screen was installed on the faceplate screen just like the listing advertises. The ad clearly states THIS AUCTION IS FOR TOUCHSCREEN REPAIR ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MAIN LCD REPAIR,SO THE MAIN LCD HAS TO BE WORKING AND SHOWING IMAGES
