      Cuts were improper on one of the windows. They told me I could pay another $20 for a replacement to arrive in 2 days. After they deducted my account and sent a tracking number, the replacement still won't be here for an additional 2 days. As far as customer service goes they may respond to an email in a few hours but lately it's been several hours or a few days of they even do respond.
