This router bit is good value for money, which is to say it is cheap as compared to the better quality bits available. The description, however, is not correct. The depth of the curved part of the groove that it would cut is given as 1/4". I measured it at 3/16". Suspecting something like this (just put a ruler up against the photo), I also bought a Yonico 14978, which measures 7/32". So, I will use that and set this bit to one side. The Yonico costs a little more, but is better quality.
