Clarks Wallabee are a comfortable shoe. Drawbacks are: the dye transfer at the heel against the sock, the heavy lace aglets, and the insole not being fully lined in calf. The top half (while wearing dress socks) is a mixed feeling like you're stepping on rough-out leather at the forefoot and the arch+heel is smooth calf. Sometimes it's distracting. This should be fixable with an aftermarket insole. Perhaps slightly thicker socks are required with the Clarks Wallabee. Don't brush this shoe.
