I had to pay for shipping to receive the items and to return them, even though the settings were supposed to be the correct size. The seller claims my gemstones didn't fit because they were flat topped. They are not flat topped; they were flat backed and should have fit because they were made to fit into a 9x13 setting which I thought I ordered.Reply from: liebcor- Feedback replied by seller liebcor.- Feedback replied by seller liebcor.We expained to you several times why your stone did not fit, you would not believe us, and then threatened us, which we reported to ebay.
