    Promptly responded to my questions given me the correct passive radiator to order. Order and received the order in two days. Referred to the You Tube video for installation. Installation was a breeze. The most time-consuming part was scraping of the old radiator foam and glue off the frame. Speakers look brand new! GREAT PRODUCT!!!
