When the computer was tested prior to sending some keys were found not to be working, seller offered cancellation with full refund or large discount. So full marks there for customer service. I chose to take the computer, keyboard will be replaced by me. From what I have used it for the laptop is fine and dandy. Based on communication etc I would recommend this seller.
