- 9***a (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseOne of the items was shattered during shipping but that was on the shipping company not the seller as I could tell they packed it nicely in layers of bubble wrap and you can see on the box where they dropped it. The sellers communication is amazing and as sad as I am that one of these beauties was broken I don’t blame the seller at all and will absolutely use them in the future and their communication is beautiful!

However, the tracking said I received the shoes on Sept 18th,2025. However, the USPS decided to deliver them to my neighbor, who does not know me (in a box number mixup), and report to eBay tracking that I received the shoes ("Delivered"). So no chance to get a refund from eBay. My neighbor kept the shoes (unopened) for 12 days without any communication. I received the shoes on Sept 30th, 2025. Thank you, Antonia.

My pretty top was rolled into a small, tight ball and shoved into a way-too-small plastic envelope. Ugh! Why not fold and wrap in tissue. Seller forgot that once I have paid for the item, it belongs to me and deserves respect. I realize that shipping cost of 7.65 is a bargain, but more care could have been taken.
