I waited until 1/27 and learned via Fedex that item STILL wasnt shipped. I asked eBay for help. On 1/31, Seller and I agreed on refund. No refund so on 2/8 I asked Seller for update. Seller: “I will look further into it”. No action or communication! On 2/13, I asked Seller for update and heard nothing. I asked eBay for help again and recvd refund
