    All the required parts are inside the box. The item appeared new and unused as described by seller.. The valve worked well and has fixed my leaking valve problem (this was used to replace an older version of the Fluidmaster DuoFlush valve). The one day delivery delay was caused by USPS and not by the seller as USPS first sent my package from Portland, OR to another city and it had to go back to Portland, OR before it got delivered to my city and eventually my mailbox.
