    The seller sent me an item without a serial number. After contacting the manufacturer, they said that the item was most likely counterfeit and they could not help me with service. The seller listed the item as heavy machinery to try to get out of returning the item. I am now contacting eBay to get my money back and I will be taking legal action against the seller who is based in China. This seller has five other stores on eBay and I will report them as well.
