I didn’t see all pics but item was listed as brand new, undamaged, unused. However upon arrival, discovered item had a small figure broken off already. Item was well packed. This was pre-existing. Then I realized seller did include pics but again I didn’t see because I saw brand new/undamaged. Contacted seller and they replied promptly and apologized and we settled on fair partial refund. All good:)
