    The shoes are new and exactly what we ordered. Great price considering how much they cost if bought at a brick and mortar store. My complaint is that there were supposed to arrive 2 days sooner but I think UPS is to blame for their late arrival. The seller shipped them less than 24 hours after purchase. I would purchase from them again.
